Mis champús sólidos // My solid shampoos
Hola haditas!!!
Como os puse en la entrada anterior, hoy os voy a escribir sobre los champús sólidos que tengo. Estos productos me parecen una alternativa genial a los champús convencionales, duran más (en Lush dicen que unos 80 lavados, dependiendo del uso que les des y la cantidad de pelo que tengas, un equivalente a 3 botellas de champú líquido) y no tienen embalaje, por lo que no nos tenemos que andar preocupando de qué hacer con las botellas una vez vacías.
Squeaky Green: esta barrita de champú ayuda a mantener el cuero cabelludo en buenas condiciones. Es el que más recomiendan para hombre por su olor herbal. Viene bastante bien para cabellos grasos, aunque personalmente prefiero "El Fairy". Entre sus componentes destacan el romero con propiedades curativas, ortiga nutritiva, árbol de té antiséptico y purificante y estimulante menta pipérita. También encontramos absoluto de rosa y vainilla, y aceite de camomila azul. Es un champú que me gusta mucho y lo combino sobre todo con "Como nuevo". 
Como Nuevo: se trata de un champú revitalizante, indicado para gente con problemas de caída de pelo -> atención: si el problema es grave (perdemos más cabello en otoño y primavera, épocas de estrés, las mujeres perdemos más pelo durante los 3 - 4 meses posteriores al embarazo debido a que durante el mismo apenas se cae el pelo), acudid a un centro especializado y usad este champú como un complemento si os lo permiten. También vigilad vuestros hábitos -> un consejo: tomar levadura de cerveza ayuda a mejorar el pelo, la piel y las uñas. Podéis comprarla en herbolarios y añadirla a zumos, yogures, etc. La menta estimula y equilibra el cuero cabelludo, y los absolutos de romero y ortiga aportan brillo. Completan la formulación de este champú los aceites de laurel, flor de clavo y canela. Este champú me gusta bastante, el olor no es de mis favoritos pero me he acostumbrado. Aunque no tengáis problemas de caída, os lo recomiendo sobre todo si tenéis el cabello fino y frágil. 
El Fairy: el quitagrasas!!! Esta barrita de champú ayuda a equilibrar la producción sebácea y alarga el intervalo entre lavados. Contiene aceite de baya de enebro y decocción de romero para tonificar y disminuir la producción de sebo del cuero cabelludo, aceite de limón para limpiar en profundidad, y aceites de lima y lavanda para purificar el cabello graso. Qué decir de este champú: me encanta!!! Puedo estar 2 días tranquilamente sin lavarme el pelo. Podemos decir que es la versión femenina de "Squeaky Green" principalmente por el olor mezcla de cítricos y lavanda. Me gusta combinarlo con "Karma champú" ya que a veces me ha resultado un poco secante para mi pelo. 
Karma Champú: uno de los best sellers de Lush. Con la fragancia por la que se caracteriza esta marca. Está indicado para cabellos con tendencia a enredarse fácilmente y para aquellos con la raíz algo grasa y el resto de la melena tirando a seca ya que los equilibra. Con aceites cítricos de naranja dulce y hierbalimón, tonifica el cuero cabelludo. Completan la lista de ingredientes de esta barrita los aceites estimulantes, tonificantes y energizantes de pachuli, pino, lavandín y elemí además del nutritivo (sin aportar peso) extracto de gardenia. Este champú me gusta mucho, me deja el pelo bastante bien pero no soy una fan del olor, me resulta algo cargante. 
Dr. Peppermint y Simplemente Irresistible: con estos champús no me voy a detener mucho ya que son de la gama de retro y por lo menos en retro España y UK no los podéis comprar más. Sin embargo por si los podéis conseguir vía Ebay os diré que "Dr. Peppermint" tiene la misma función que "Como nuevo" pero resulta más fresco que éste ya que está hecho a base de aceite de menta y peppermint. Estimula y vigoriza el cuero cabelludo y ayuda a que el cabello crezca con más fuerza. Sirve también para cabello fino y frágil. Y "Simplemente irresistible" es un champú que contiene aceite de neroli y jazmín adecuado para todo tipo de pelo. Estos champús los combino con "Sublime" y "Mi primo zumo y sol". Me gustan mucho e intento usarlos poco por que cuando se me acaben ya no voy a tener más :(Espero que os haya gustado este post y la sección de comentarios está abierta a todas vuestras sugerencias, ideas, experiencias, etc.

As I wrote in the last post, today I am going to give you a little data about the solid shampoos I have. These products are a great alternative to regular shampoos since they last longer (Lush marks a quantity of 80 washes depending on how many times you use them and the amount of hair you have. They last around 3 bottles worth) and they are naked, so we do not have to worry about the empty bottle going to land field.
Squeaky Green: this shampoo bar helps the scalp be in good conditions. It is the most recommended shampoo for men because of its herbal smell. It owkrs really good on greasy hair, though I prefer "Jumping Juniper". Rosemary with healing properties, nourishing nettle, antiseptic tea tree, and stimulating and purifying peppermint stand out among other ingredients. I really like this bar and I combine it with "New".
New: it is an invigorating shampoo, suitable for people with hair loss problems -> warning: it you suffer from a serious hair loss (our hair falls more in autumn and spring, stressful periods, after giving birth for 3 - 4 months since it does not fall much during pregnancy), go to a specialised centre and use this shampoos if you are allowed to. Pay attention to your lifestyle as well -> a little tip: eat brewer's yeast with a juice or a yogurt so you can improve the appearance of your hair, skin and nails. Mint stimulates and balances the scalp, and the rosemary and nettle absolutes give shine to the hair. Bay, clove bud and cinnamon leaf oils complete the formula. I like this shampoo but not the smell, though I got used to it. Even if you do not suffer from hair loss, I recommend you this bar for those who have thin and fragile hair.
Jumping Juniper: the grease slayer!!! This shampoo bar works wonders on regulatin the sebum production so the hair stays clean for a longer period of time. It contains juniperberry oil and rosemary decoction to tone up the scalp and reduce the sebum production, lemon oil to cleanse deeply, and lime and lavender oils to purify oily hair. What can I say about this shampoo?: I love it!!! I can wash my hair every 2 days, instead of every other day. We could say that this is the feminine version of "Squeaky Green" because of its smell of citrics oils and lavender mainly. I like to combine it with "Karma Komba" because sometimes "Jumping Juniper" is drying for my hair.

It is suitable for tangle prone hairs and for those who have oily roots and the rest of the hair dry since it is a balancing shampoo. This bars tone the scalp thanks to the sweet orange and lemongrass citric oils. The stimulating, toning and invigoranting patchouli, pine, lavendin and elemi oils together with the nourishing (without adding weight) gardenia extract complete the list of ingredients. I like this shampoo a lot. It leaves my hair quite clean and clear but I am not a fan of the scent, it is a bit heavy for me.
Dr. Peppermint and Irresistible bliss: I am not going to explain much about these products because they belong to Lush's retro range and you cannot buy from Lush Spain and UK anymore. However if you can get them via Ebay, I am telling you that "Dr. Peppermint" is similar to "New" but fresher since it is made of mint and peppermint oils. It stimulates and tones the scalp so the hair grows stronger. This bars also works well for thin and fragile hairs. And "Irresistable bliss" is a shampoo bar made of neroli and jasmine oils. It is suitable for all types of hair. I combine these products with "Big" and "I love juicy". I try not to wash my hair with them too much because once they are done, I will not be able to buy them again :(
