Mis champús "líquidos" // My "liquid" shampoos
Hola estrellas!!!
Comenzamos nuevo mes!!!

Hi shining stars!!!
Starting a fresh new month!!! Summer is coming!!! And the blog keeps growing!!! Today's post is going to show you the "liquid" shampoos that I have. Why have I written liquid in inverted commmas??? It is very simple: the three of them have a non-liquid consistency, however they belong to the liquid shampoo range in the brand they are part of. Only one the four shampoos I am about to mention is liquid.
Blousey: a few days ago I dyed my hair and as soon as I got home I started looking for shampoos suitable for dyed hair. The colour I chose is cherry red so I want it to last as good-looking as possible until I get my roots touched up. Since Lush is a brand I love for taking care of my hair, I decided to buy this shampoo. My first impression is not bad. The smell is not the nicest, but it is a matter of time that I get used to it. Besides, my roots tend to be a little greasy so I combine "Blousey" with "I love juicy" which smells divine. Its main ingredients are bananas and fair trade organic cocoa butter. Both of them help dyed and damaged hair to be nourished. You will also find a cocktail based on soya lecitin, cupuacu butter, rose, thyme, rosemary and juniperberry oils, and blackcurrant absolute, among other ingredients.
Big: this is one of my favourite shampoos ever. It is made of sea salt and is focused on give the hair shine and volume. The texture may seem a little strange because this shampoo containt literally coarse sea salt. The smell is very pleasant and fresh. As Lush explains, it is enough to wash your hair just once, and it is true, but I like to combine Big with a solid shampoo bar, for example "Karma" or "New", so my hair does not feel extremely dry. Thanks to this shampoo I can wash my hair every two days and that is a lot of time for me because I do exercise so it get greasy easier. However, I recommend this shampoo only for once a week, for example, to get a fantastic hair for a girls' night out. In "Big" you will find fresh organic lemon infusion, sea water, seaweed infusion, fresh organic lime juice, extra virgin coconut, neroli and mandarin oils, and fair trade vanilla and orange flower absolutes.
I love juicy: I wonder if there is a drink similar to the mix of fruits this shampoo has. "I love juicy" is suitable mainly for greasy hair because it contains such diverse ingredients as lemon and orange oils, freshly juiced papaya, fine sea salt, carrageenan extract, fresh pineapple, mango and kiwi juicies. If we do not pay attention to the carrageenan extract, it would make an interesting cocktail, wouldn't it? Since I started to use solid shampoo bars, I have not washed my hair with liquid shampoos again. The reason is that Lush's solid shampoos last longer than the liquid ones and they are "naked" so we are helping improving the environment. However, I wanted to give this product a try and I love it. "I love juicy" leaves my hair feeling clean and smelling great. This shampoo combines perfeclty with "Veganese" conditioner which has lemon juice as well.
To finish this post up, a shampoo not from Lush, are you surprised?? It is a product from the British brand Raw Gaia: Shikakai hair wash. It is a powder which, when mixed with a little bit of water, creates a paste that cleans the hair without hurting the scalp. Besides it helps detangle that hair and at the same time, this powder conditions the hair. This product also promotes new hair growth while preventing hair loss and strengthening hair roots. "Shikakai hair wash" is useful to combat dandruff and lice. Personally, I do not use this shampoo as much as the other liquid and solid ones. The reason is the though it leaves my hair great, soft and clean, when it comes to apply my scalp gets a little bit itchy. The stinging is bearable but I prefer not to endure it, LOL. Warning: it is better not to wash blond hair with this shampoo as it may darken the hair.
I hope you find this post interesting. If you decide to give some if these products a try, or if you have already tried them or other shampoos from different brands than the one I have mentioned above, you can write some words in the commments section.
See you soon!!!
Love, peace, daisies & fairies!!!
